Event Project and Site management

Green Wave International provides event project and site management services for events held in the public domain and on roads. Each event requires permits and approvals from local councils, Victoria Police, VicRoads, venue owners and other key local stakeholders. Green Wave International engages and coordinates contractors for each event and works to ensure seamless integration of services (e.g. cleaning and waste, electrical, marquees, security, signage production, staging and audio, traffic management plans and implementation).
